The historic cannery structure will be retrofitted to include 11,000 square feet of restaurant/specialty commercial space on the first level and 14 luxury apartments on the second and third levels. The historical flavor of the building will be emphasized and some of the historic equipment will be integrated into the design. The more recent add-on elements of the structure will be removed, thereby bringing back it's more historical appeal. The upper floor units will feature "penthouse" lofts.
