The upper stories of the two mixed-use buildings facing City Square will be comprised of two-bedroom apartments. South of the two mixed-use buildings are four residential apartment buildings, containing primarily two-bedroom apartments. There will be a total of 83 apartment units in the six buildings. Many of the apartments will face on to a private green courtyard. The mixed-use and apartment structures will have underground parking for all the units. The parking ratio will be one and three-quarters stalls per unit.
